"The move to electronic filing of documents is considered ambitious by many today, while in 1999 it was quite revolutionary. The benefits were almost immediate. Filing was up to date instantly. Emails which sometimes would be neglected in the filing process were religiously filed, effortlessly, by the recipient of the email. The office started to become tidier and less cluttered resulting in improved working conditions and productivity.
Scanning which I thought would be combersome was easy using the sheet feed Fujitsu scanners.
It did take me a while to get used to the idea that I did not have to leave my desk to find something - but now it is second nature and as with most technological developments, one wonders how we worked without it before. " - Ms Wooldridge - Practice Manager CWM Chartered Accountants
